Are you struggling to get a strict pull up or are you stuck at a pull up strength plateau?
We are happy to announce our next Pull Up Progression to help those who need help in this area.
The Challenge will start on Monday 23.06 and it will go on for 6 weeks. There will be a mandatory 10 minute progression exercise 3 times per week for those who sign up. You will be doing those at your own time before or after your WOD at the gym at the practice area ONLY. Weekly progression exercises will be sent to you via email. There will be one time info session on Wednesday 18.06 at 18h ( if you can't make it, it is ok).
In order to sign up, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have already signed up, please do NOT sign up again. If you need to cancel, please do so. Deadline for sign ups is 20.06. No late sign ups are allowed, since it will affect your results. There is not extra charge. This is inclusive of your membership.
Please note, this is not a kipping or butterfly pull up clinic. The focus is for those who would like to master strict pull up.
