Muscle Up Challenge Requirement

Dear Members,

For our next Challenge, the Muscle Uo Challenge, there is a minimum requirement in order to join. You need 5 strict pull ups and 2 strict ring dips. This challenge will focus mostly on technique of the muscle up, and not on acquiring strength. 

The challenge will last 8 weeks starting September 1st. There is no extra charge, this is inclusive of your membership. For sign ups, please send an email to roberta@crossfitzuerich.ch.
