MUSCLE UP PROGRESSION SIGN UP DEADLINE

Dear Members,

We will be offering a 8 week Muscle Up Progression Challenge starting September 1st.

There is a minimum requirement of 5 strict pull ups and 2 strict ring dips.

The deadline to sign up is WEDNESDAY 27th of AUGUST by 10PM. No late sign ups please.

Coach Domi will be leading this Challenge. There is no extra charge to join the Muscle Up Pro 

There will be an info session on Saturday 30th of August at 11am. Following the info session, you will receive weekly progression exercises to be executed on your own. This is to be done along with your normal weekly WOD's. 

There will also be a Muscle Up Seminar with Flavio Fanconi, who was part of the Swiss National Gymnastic Team. The seminar will be on 11.10.2014 from 9am-11am. This seminar will cost 30 CHF. You don't need to take part on it, but you can still participate in the Muscle Up Challenge.
