24 workouts in 24 hours!

November 8.&9. 2014 it will be time again for the hardest CrossFit Challenge of the year! 24 workouts in 24 hours! A test of physical and mental strength and willpower, all that to support a good cause, to help with the transformation of an impoverished, HIV and Malaria infested area of 6,000 people in Malawi into a self-sustaining community that embraces permaculture-based solutions.   • you or your family and friends donate CHF 24.- per Workout you participate
  • you can do one, multiple or the full 24 hours
  • there will be workouts open to everybody, so bring your family and friends, to join a workout, cheer for you and spend a great weekend with lots of fun, music and dance, fresh food and more
  • by signing up and creating a profile on our crowdrise website you can immediately start collecting money, your family and friends from all over the world can sponsor your workouts and help our charity project.
