How to start CrossFit
Your training at CrossFit Zurich starts with our mandatory Foundation course. It consists of 3 weeks, 9 lessons of 1.15 hours. In each lesson, there is a 15 minute theory, 45 minutes of learning the movements, technique, safety and scaling and 10-15 minutes of a workout.
Included in your Foundation Course, you get one free trial week of our general membership so you can experience our Workout of the Day "WOD" classes.
After the successful completion of the course, choose the membership option which best suits you and start your training.
The course takes place Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 19:30 to 20:45 and costs CHF 395.- including one free trial week.
If your schedule doesn't allow you to join the groups, or if you prefer a faster or a more one on one approach we offer Private Foundation Course with a personal Coach.
One-on-one 3-4 hours and one free trial week of general membership: 600 CHF.
Two-on-one: 3-4 hours and one free trial week for each person for general membership: 900 CHF.
