AMRAP in 14 minutes of: 

Run 400m, 5 T2B, 5 burpees. 

As soon as the 10 minutes are up get into the plank position and hold as much as you can for 90 seconds. 

After the 90 seconds perform AMRAP in 8 minutes of 20 thrusters with the bar (45lbs/25lbs), 10 meter bear crawl, 50 double-unders.
