MONDAY 05.05.2014

A: 5x3 Back Squat  (75%-80% of 1 RM)

B: 5x3 Shoulder Press (75%-80% of 1 RM)

C: EMOTM for 10 minutes:

7 power cleans (95, 65),
5 tuck jumps.

Make sure you are getting 20 seconds minimum, if not reduce the number of tuck jumps.
