A: 7x2 squat clean @90% of 1RM

B: find max weighted chin up of today

C: 2 rounds, each for time: row 300m, 6 squat clean 135/95lbs, 9 ball slams, 2min rest

scale clean so that you can do them unbroken, start in heats if class size requires it

Note: at 8pm the teams for Saturdays team challenge will have the possibility to go through the workouts, standards, ask questions etc.  together with Coach Henry
