B: For time: 30 KB swings, 10 lateral steps over the box holding KB, 30 KB clean and shoulder to overhead, 10 KB OH lunges, 30 squats with KB, 10 lateral steps over the box, 30 sit ups with KB, 10 lateral steps over box, 30 KB swings, 3 small rounds holding KB, 24/16kg, time cap 30min. Swings are two handed american, for all the other exercises you can alternate hands as needed, for step overs and small rounds you have to find your way to carry the KB.
