A: Perform 7 sets of the following snatch combinations:
1) Floor to hang position (above the knee), back to floor,
2) Floor to mid thigh (to where your pockets would end) back to floor,
3) Full snatch (or power snatch).
Don't rest between reps, Do rest between sets.
B: EMOTM: For 10 minutes
5 OH squats (115,95) and 20 seconds hollow hold.
If you don't have 20 seconds left for the hollow hold then reduce the hollow hold not the OH squats.
