B: Skill: Handstand Practice, 10 minutes.

C: EMOTM for 10 minutes: 

5 Thrusters (105lbs/75lbs) 

then hollow hold for 20 seconds. 

*For beginners go with plank hold.  Make sure your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles are in line. *
