A: 5x3 Snatch Balance. 

This is a snatch balance with a dip, make sure that you don't lean forward on the dip. Keep your torso vertical.

B: Skill: Handstand Practice, 10 minutes.

C: AMRAP 12 minutes of: 

5 DBs row each side (55lbs/35lbs), 

4 box jumps, 

3 ball slams, 

2 chest to bar pullups, 

1 sled pull (45lbs/25lbs). 

You can use the same box your are jumping on as support for the DB rows.
