- Hang power clean, return to the hang, 

- Hang squat clean, return to the floor, 

- Clean from the floor (power clean only if you cannot achieve full depth) and finish with push jerk or split jerk.

B: For time do: 

50 calorie row, 

40 ball slams, 

30 box jumps, 

20 toes to bar, 

10 power cleans with the heaviest weight used in part A.
