A: Start a 18min clock:

min 1-3: AMRAP 5 burpees, 10 squats

min 3-9: AMRAP run one small round, 10 one arm OH walking lunge (55/35lbs DB)

min 9-12: AMRAP 5 pull ups, 10 squats

min 12-18: AMRAP row 250m, 10 one arm DB power snatch (55/35lbs DB)

Alternate arm as needed on OH walking lunges and DB snatch, immediately rotate from AMRAP to AMRAP
