A: 7 sets of the following sequence, increasing weight every set:
1 hang power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch, 3 OH squats
B: 4x max rep incline ring rows. Use boxes to elevate feet to aprox. horizontal, rest 90s-2min between sets. If you can perform more than 20 reps, use weight vests or plates to stay in the 15 reps range.
C: For time: 5 rounds of: 80 Du's, 8 walk outs.
Standard for walk outs is at least over head line with hands but stop before breaking in the hip
