B: 5 x 5 Shoulder Press @70-75% of 1RM  (emphasis on the warm up with weights. 5 minutes of decreasing reps and increasing load).

C: For time perform:

10 Pullups, 1 Wall Ball

9 Pullups, 2 Wall Balls

1 Pullup, 10 Wall Balls.
