A: Work up to a heavy single back squat but not your max. Then try 1 attempt for max reps of BW back squat.
B: 10min skipping practice: try jogging forward/backwards/side ways, crossing legs etc.
C: 5 round for time of: 7 toes to bar, 14 BW deadlifts, 21 wallballs.
* Please use mats if/when dropping any weights on the deadlift.
