Advanced Session

A: Find your max power clean/clean for today. 

B: 4 rounds for time of:

15 deadlifts (185lbs/115lbs), 10 power cleans (185lbs/115lbs), 5 shoulder to overhead (185lbs/115lbs)

C: 3 rounds of:

400m buddy carry. 10 burpees for each of you if you put your buddy down during the 400m.

If you don't have a buddy use the 105lbs sandbag.
