B: 400m kettlebell farmer's walk

C: 21-15-9 reps of:

Power cleans (135lbs/95lbs), ring dips

Advanced Sessions

A: 5-4-3-2-1 deadlift

B: 400m kettlebell farmer's walk, rest 2 minutes then perform as many DU as possible in 2 minutes.

If anyone goes unbroken for 2 minutes all others have to do 20 burpees.

C: 21-15-9 reps of: Power cleans (155lbs/105lbs), ring dips

D: Perform 5 rounds of 2 shuttle sprints. Perform 10 burpees between each sprint and rest 60 seconds between rounds.
