A: 5 x 5 Back squat

B: Death by…Dead V-ups: 

Every minute perform 2 deadlifts with 50% of RM then perform v-ups starting with 1 and increasing by 1 each minute. 

In minute 1 do 2 deadlifts and 1 V-up, minute 2 do deadlifts and 2 V-ups , minute 3 do 2 deadlifts and 3 v-ups and so on until you cannot complete the corresponding set in a minute.
