A: Perform 5 sets of 5 snatch grip deadlifts with 110%-115% of your max snatch. 

B: Using the same bar throughout (115lbs/65lbs) start the clock running for 8 minutes. In each minute perform as many reps as possible of the following:

Minute 1: Shoulder to Overhead with the bar

Minute 2: Burpees over the bar

Minute 3: Overhead squats

Minute 4: Power cleans with the bar

Minute 5: Frontsquats with the bar

Minute 6: Pushups next to the bar

Minute 7: Deadlifts with the bar

MInute 8: Lunges in the front rack

Your score is the total number of reps at the end.
