A: Perform 7 rounds of the following combination, :

1) Floor to hang position, back to floor 2) Floor to mid-thigh (pocket) , back to floor, 3) Full power clean

increase weight every round as long as you can maintain speed and form

B: EMOTM for 12min:

on the even minutes 5 power cleans 155lbs/95lbs, on the odd minutes 12 box jumps. if it takes you longer than 45s, scale reps to 4 cleans and/or 10 box jumps
