A: Find 20RM back squat. Max 3 attepmts, try first set with approx. 65% of 1RM, then adjust

B: 3x15-20 one arm strict KB press each side. Focus on perfect form

C. For time: 1k row, 30 one arm KB clean & jerk (24/16kg), alternate arms as needed. Time cap 10min.
