A: Back squat: warm up to a heavy set of 5 reps (about 3 sets 5-5-5, 10min), then perform 7x2 @ 95-100% of 5RM on the minute. Make sure you know your weights and prepare your plates to be efficient when working in teams.

B: On the min for 12min: odd min 3 KB press each side, even min 15 KB swings, 24/16kg. Choose a weight that's hard for the press.
