1-2-3-4-5…4-3-2-1 until failure and back down, same reps pistols each leg between pull up sets. If you don't have BW pull ups, work on progressions and active hang for 15min. Note: not for time but quality! Work in teams

B: at 60-65% of 1RM clean & jerk do for time: 20 c&j,10 burpees over bar, 15 c&j, 10 burpees, 10 c&j, 10 burpees, cap 15min
