A: Use 15 minutes to build up to your heaviest set of 3 snatch balance for today.
Take 2 minutes to set up then in pairs take 5 minutes each to execute 5 heavy single snatches increasing weight each time (one person rests while the other works for 5 minutes).
You must complete the snatch successfully with each weight before increasing. Record the weight of your 5 lifts.
B: 100 burpees for time.
If you complete the 100 burpees in under 8 minutes then perform max number of toes to bar until the clock reaches 10 minutes. Record your time for the burpees and the number of toes to bar you complete.
