A: With a running clock take 15 minutes to perform 5 sets of the following:
With a clean grip and setup lift to hang position, back to the floor, up to the shoulder shrug, back to the floor and then a full clean. Increase the weight with each set.
Immediately after the 15 minutes take 10 minutes to work with a partner, each of you working for 5 minutes straight, to build up to your 1 RM clean for today.
B: For time perform: 10 rings dips, 1 strict pull-up, 9 dips, 2 strict pull-ups, ....1 ring dip and 10 strict pull-ups.
