A: prowler sprints in teams of 3-5 people, each person has to go for:
1x20m with 80/40kg,
2x20m with 40/20kg,
3x20m with 20kg/empty prowler
rotate every 20m, sprint!!!
B: In teams of 2 AMRAP 15min, I go you go:
20m slam ball toss from chest, 20m buddy carry back, 5 burpees, then rotate
big classes use half gym length and do 2x10m. Evening classes use rower side for prowler, rack side for the AMRAP.
