A: For time: 100 sandbag squats (sandbag over one shoulder, alternate as needed) or balance board squats (only if you can easily do squats on the balance board for reps)

depending on class size, half of the class can start with A, other half with B

B: Practice full muscle-ups

C: 5 rounds for time of: 15 KB swings, 5 muscle-ups
