B: 3x10 Bent ver BB rows
C: Death by: as long as possible on the minute:
4 one arm DB squat (55lbs), 1 DB jerk the first min,
4 DB squat, and 2 DB jerk the second min etc…
Go on adding one extra DB jerk per minute until...
you don't fit one the minute, then you are "dead"
