A: 4x10 weighted lunges each side, lunge backwards

B: 4x max rep strict chin ups or 4x10 scaled with bands or on rack

you can do Part A and B alternating, one set of lunges followed by one set of chin ups

C: For time: row 1000m, run 800m (around both buildings). Start in 2 heats if needed
