A:  5x 50m heavy Sled crawl 

B: 3 min max Chest 2 Bar, Rest 1 min, 3 min Max Wall balls

C: 4 rounds (20 sec rest between each exercise):
  40 sec hollow hold
  40 sec plank hold
  40 sec russian twists

Note: No morning class because nobody signed up. Open Gym from 7:30am
