B: max cal airdyne in 3min. Start in heats, goal for men 50 cal or more, women 40 or more

C: 5-7 rounds for quality: 5 max broad jumps, 20-30s  crawl. For the crawl, knees stay just slightly over the floor, hips lower than shoulders. Cap 12min
