B: max KB snatch in 8min 20/12kg. Note: you are not allowed to put KB down! Use russian swings when tired

C: 3 rounds of 10 KB windmill each side alternating with 3x max rep one kipping pull up one toes to bar combo / or 3x 10-15 pull ups and 10-15 toes to bar
