A: Front squat 5x5 @ 75% of 1RM

B: 4x5min rounds:  Minute 1  crawling, MInute 2 air squats, Minute 3 medball circles 16/10lbs, Minute 4 burpees, Minute 5 Medball russian twist. (medball circles: shoulder wide stance, hold the medball with two hands and straight arms, perform the biggest possible full circle overhead, reaching out to  the side, down passing both feet (between knees and feet) and up again over head, alternate directions
