B: In Teams of 2, For Time:
Row 30 Cal / Deadlift Hold (155/115)
30 Push Press (95/65) / OH Hold (In the top extended position of the press)
30 Pull Ups / Dead Hang
30 Front Squats (95/65) / Front Rack Standing Hold
Both athletes must complete the work at each station. The one doing reps can only work as long as their partner is in the holding position. If the partner holding rests, the other partner must also rest. Any reps done without the partner holding do not count.
