A: 4 Sets:
8 Double KB Deadlifts
3x 1-5 Dips + 15 Sec Support Hold
In each of the 4 sets, athlete should do 3 rounds alternating dips and support hold. For example, 2 dips, 15 sec hold, 2 dips, 15 sec hold, 2 dips 15 sec hold.  Can scale number of rounds, reps, or support hold.
