Start of the event will be Saturday at noon 12h. Last Workout will start Sunday at 11h. After that you are welcome to stay for some beers and burgers.
Workouts will be a surprise and only be announced right before.
Outdoor workouts are planed on following hours:
· Workout 2: Saturday 13h
· Workout 13: Saturday 24h Midnight (bring your bicycle, swimsuit and towel)
· Workout 18&19: Sunday 5&6am (be there before 5am if you wish to participate)
For the outdoor workouts please bring warm cloths.
· Workout 8&9: Saturday 19&20h will be an external workout indoors at Flüelastrasse 31, 8047 Zürich (www.minimum.ch).

Please write again an email to Coach Mo (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm you do all 24 workouts.
What to bring:
· multiple sets of workout cloths to change
· sleeping bag or blanket
· indoor and outdoor shoes
· warm stuff for outdoor workouts, gloves and hat
· bicycle (we have 3 extra ones, if you need one let me know)
· swim suit and towel
We will have free fruits, shakes, drinks, burgers and other snacks for you but make sure you also bring your own food. Grill and microwave are at free disposal. Make sure you eat lots of high calorie food tonight (Carbs, Carbs, carbs, sweets etc.)
