Next week we begin our 2nd testing period of 2014. Over the next two weeks we will be scheduling a series of different benchmarks to allow you to review your progress so far this year.
While we urge you to always record your times, weights and reps for these two weeks it is especially important so that you can get a clear sense of what your limits are. This will allow you to adjust the workouts accordingly for the next 12 weeks for optimal results.
The schedule is designed to allow you to test yourself while making sure you are fresh for each attempt. It is important for you to be selective so as to be well prepared for each workout and not to over exert yourself at any point in time.
