We will now offer a new Endurance class on Saturdays from 10-11:30 with Coach Nicola.This class will start on May 9th.
This class will be called Endurance II, and it will involve swimming, running, and biking. There will be different combinations of the modalities and it will be announced on our website on Friday evenings.
