It is time to get back in touch with our visceral impulses that have been locked away for years. A kettlebell is a cast iron ball with a handle attached to the top of it. This design makes kettlebells different from training with dumbbells because the weight of a kettlebell is not distributed evenly, thus creating the need to counter balance and stabilize during your workout. Exercising with kettlebells targets all of the major muscle groups as well as the stabilizing muscles delivering a full-body workout in an extremely efficient amount of time. for the first Intro.

Kettlebell Private Foundation Course

Your journey start with the 5 hours basic Kettlebell foundation course. If you have no experience this is the perfect preparation to introduce you to the world of Kettlebell. It is also mandatory if you want to attend the Kettlebell classes. Included in your Foundation Course you get one 2 free trial weeks of our Kettlebell classes. The course covers basic Kettlebell, Barbell and gymnastic movements.

  • One-on-one 5 hours and 2 free trial weeks of general membership: 600 CHF (120. /h).

  • Two-on-one: 5 hours and 2 free trial weeks for each person for general membership: 1000 CHF (500.-/person/ CHF 100.-/h).

  • Three-on one: 5 hours and 2 free trial weeks for each person for general membership: 1200 CHF (400.-/person/ CHF 80.-/h).

KETTLEBELL CLASS

 Every Monday Wednesday 19:30 – 21:00, Friday 12:00 – 13:30

To participate in the class, you need a Kettlebell Foundation Course. For experienced Kettlebeller, we ask for an email confirmation that you have been attending classes for a minimum of 3 months. Reason why…safety with the movements and standards, and a thorough understanding of the terminology.

  • Advanced, 1 Month, 12 Personal Training per Month = 3 Training per Week at House of Athletes 936.00

  • Intense, 1 Month, 16 Personal Training per Month = 4 Training per Week at House of Athletes 1152.00
