5 man makers (55lbs, 35lbs), row 100m,

4 man makers, row 200m,

3 man makers, row 300m,

2 man makers, row 400m,

1 man maker, row 500m.

When you finish rest for 2:00 minutes and then using the same DBs perform as many thrusters as possible in 90 seconds.
