A: Find your 2RM one arm DB split Jerk ( both arms, both stances)

B: EMOTM for 12 minutes:

2 Hang Power Cleans (155/115), 

1 Hang Squat Clean (155/115lbs), 

5 strict chin ups

If the combination takes longer than 40 seconds then scale chin ups to 4 or 3 reps.

C: 3min L-tuck or L-sit hold
