10 ball slams, 

10 wall balls,

10 Knees to elbows.

Buy out:

Rest 1 minute then go for max DU in 2 mins. If you cannot do double unders then do singles and perform 5 tuck jumps after every 50 single jumps for 2 mins. Aim for max number of tuck jumps.
