MONDAY 25.08.2014

A: 5 x 5 OH Squat @ 75% of 1 RM from Testing Period 2. 

B: Build up to a heavy weighted dip and then perform 5 x 5 at a weight you can manage for 5 sets.  If you cannot do weighted dips then do 5 x max dips.

C: 7 rounds for time of: 

5 man makers (35lbs/20lbs), 

1 round of the small (no longer standing) building.

Time cap: 15 mins.
