A: Perform 5 sets of: 

1 clean or power clean, 

1 front squat and then, 

1 jerk. 

Increase weight each set if possible.

B: EMOTM for 10 minutes do: 

3 power cleans with 85% of the heaviest weight from A,

6 tuck jumps (Make sure to touch your knees with your hands with each jump)
