A: Perform 5 sets of: 

With a snatch grip raise the bar to the hang position, perform 1 snatch pull and return the hang. 

Perform 1 hang muscle snatch and one overhead squat. 

Return to the hang and perform one hang snatch. 

Use between 50% and 60% of your 1 RM from Testing Period 2. 

B: 5 rounds for time of: 

Run 400m, 

15 pushups, 

5 pullups.
