A: Perform 5 sets of:
1 hang power snatch, 1 power snatch, 1 snatch with 60%-65% of your 1RM. Do not let go of the bar until you complete all three.
B: EMOTM for 10 minutes:
4 thrusters (135/95) then 5 burpees over the bar.
You should be resting about 20 seconds for each minute.
