A: Perform 5 sets of:

1 hang power snatch, 1 power snatch, 1 snatch with 60%-65% of your 1RM

B: For time perform:

10 KB swings (24kg/16kg), 10 KB goblet squats, 10 KB swings, 9 KB goblet squats...,10 KB swings, 1 KB goblet squat.

Endurance WOD: 3 rounds of 3 x 300m. Rest between reps is <60 secs, the time it takes to walk back to the 300m line. Rest between sets is 3 mins.
