A: Find 20RM back squat, max 3 attempts.

B: 5min DU practice. If you don't have DU yet then perform sets of single jumps with a higher jump every 5th jump. Do not change your shape in the air on this 5th jump and don't try to pass the rope twice. Just focus on more air time.
